The Richmond Division supports the recruitment of MOAs into local clinics of member Family Physicians. We maintain regular communication with clinics that are hiring, update a list of qualified MOA candidates, connect MOAs with prospective employers, and support MOAs throughout their careers. Jobs are available for junior, intermediate, and senior staff working in casual, temporary, or permanent positions, and in part- or full-time roles.

General Qualifications
- MOA certificate from an accredited educational institution
- Junior level requires a minimum of one year of experience as an MOA
- Intermediate level requires two to four years of experience as an MOA
- Senior level requires five or more years of experience as an MOA
- Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills and strong patient focus
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong commitment to privacy and security
- Ability to resolve conflicts; strong team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; detail-oriented
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Subject to a criminal background check
