Nurse Practitioner (NP) – VCHA-7786

Job Description

Terra Nova One Park Medical Clinic is set to open April 1, 2025! NPs from Terra Nova’s other sites are set to move to this site, but they are also seeking new dedicated NPs to join their medical team.

This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care in a collaborative, team-based environment, with access to procedure space and allied health support. This opportunity includes access to a brand-new, state-of-the-art 3,000 sq. ft. clinic with procedure space, allied health support, and shared amenities such as a gym, conference room, and event space. Fully equipped with modern technology and an efficient EMR system, this clinic ensures a streamlined and innovative practice experience.

This is an opportunity to join a new clinic that supports various practice styles, including full-scope family medicine, procedural work, and special interests. The NP will have autonomy in patient management while benefiting from a cross-coverage system with over 80 healthcare providers for seamless care coordination. This position is ideal for NPs interested in longitudinal patient care, chronic disease management, and preventative health, with the flexibility to tailor their practice to their clinical interests.

Required Qualifications & Experience: Master’s Degree – Nurse Practitioner (Family)

Estimated Start Date: April 1st, 2025

Hours of Work: Fully flexible based on NP preferences.

Vacation Leave: 10 weeks

Overhead: 70/30 or paid for by the Healh Authority.
