Job Description

Thrive Medical Clinic is looking for Nurse Practitioners to join their medical team and work under the PCN contract. This family practice offers a collaborative team environment of Family Physicians who enjoy mentoring and providing as much support as possible.

Thrive provides access to both Virtual and Telemedicine appointments. Nurse Practitioners who want to work from home and have flexible schedules and start anytime between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. daily. We have an amazing virtual platform and very accessible software, Cortico, which is integrated with our Oscar /Juno EMR. This allows you to direct one-way message patients, send documents, upload photos, forms, etc., and work from anywhere.

Their medical director is always on-site and can immediately address any concerns or schedule-related changes. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, team-based environment.

Start Date: ASAP

Hours of Work: As per contract requirement, flexible schedule anytime during clinic business hours – Mon-Fri 9:00 -17:00 & Sat 10:00 to 14:00

Required Qualifications & Experience: ACLS; CPR; Driver’s License; Master’s Degree – Nurse Practitioner; BCCNM License; & BCLS
