Job Description

Terra Nova Medical Clinic’s No. 1 Rd. location is seeking a locum family physician to provide coverage for maternity and paternity leave in our practice. This temporary role offers a well-established patient panel, a supportive team environment, and flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. You’ll work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting with access to advanced EMR systems and comprehensive resources to ensure seamless patient care. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving practice that offers valuable support during a colleague’s leave. Any help is beneficial. You will receive excellent help, cross-coverage, MOA support, and extended medical and dental coverage.

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: Feb. 22nd, 2026

Hours of Work: Completely flexible & open to considering partial/part-time coverage

Billing Model Options: Fee-Sharing Payment Model & Assignment of Payment Model

Billing/Fee-Sharing Payment Split: 70/30

Required Qualifications & Experience: CSPBC & CCFP
