Job Description

Cook Road Medical Clinic is seeking a locum and a permanent full-time Family Physician to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. This role involves providing longitudinal primary care to a diverse patient panel, supported by experienced MOAs and EMR integration, with flexible scheduling and physician cross-coverage. You will deliver comprehensive care to patients of all ages, building long-term relationships. The position offers a well-established patient base and a smooth transition into practice within a collaborative and supportive environment. Open to considering provisionally licensed family physicians for this role.
