On-call obligations (virtual)

On-Call Expectations:
9:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. Virtual On-call responsibilities are shared among the team to ensure manageable workloads and a balanced work-life schedule.

Additional Details

On-call duties primarily involve virtual care support and phone consultations; rarely are in-person visits required unless previously arranged. There is no hospital or ER on-call requirement for this clinic. Our highly experienced MOA team helps triage calls and manage schedules efficiently. On-call shifts are flexible and can be adjusted based on physician availability and preferences. Physicians receive full administrative support during on-call hours, including EMR access, documentation assistance, and prescription coordination.
