Required Qualifications & Experience: Current College of Physicians of BC (CPSBC) License & Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP)

Ideal Start Date: Aug. 11th, 2025

Hours of Work: Flexible Part-time Hours – Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Weekends & Holidays: Off)

On-Call Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Physicians share on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis to ensure balanced workloads and minimize burnout.

Vacation Leave: Flexible – To Be Discussed (TBD)

Billing Split: 70/30

Additional Details: On-call duties primarily involve virtual care support and phone consultations; rarely are in-person visits required unless previously arranged. There is no hospital or ER on-call requirement for this clinic. Our highly experienced MOA team helps triage calls and manage schedules efficiently. On-call shifts are flexible and can be adjusted based on physician availability and preferences. Physicians receive full administrative support during on-call hours, including EMR access, documentation assistance, and prescription coordination.
